Your legal status as a freelancer or sole trader in Georgia. We register you with the Public Registry, which gives you the ID you invoice with, and a legal address for one year.
Small Business Status for your IE: a flat 1% tax on turnover up to 500,000 GEL a year. We check that your activity qualifies before we file.
Personal and business accounts in GEL, USD, EUR and GBP at TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia. We prepare your compliance file so the bank can approve it.
The right to work that Georgian law has required since 1 March 2026. We prepare your documents and file the application online.
A Georgian company with 100% foreign ownership and no minimum capital. Profit the company reinvests is taxed at 0%.
A residence card through the work, real estate or investment route. We prepare your dossier before you arrive, then file it with you in person at the Public Service Hall.
Contracts, due diligence, real estate transactions and notary visits, handled by our legal team in Tbilisi.
Remote or In Person
Company registration, tax status, bank accounts and the labor permit can all start from abroad with a Power of Attorney. Here is how it works.
You receive the Power of Attorney wording for the services you booked, ready for your notary.
You sign it in front of a notary in your country, then get an apostille on it from the competent authority.
You post the original to our Tbilisi office. Once it arrives, we translate it and start filing.
